Study On The Agriculture Industry Poverty Alleviation Problems And Countermeasures Of Yunnan Province

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to China's poverty alleviation and development work.In particular,it has put forward the overall goal of "the 13 th Five-Year Plan" on poverty alleviation.Before 2020,compulsory education,basic medical security and housing security and other issues should be proceed,poor peoplein poverty-stricken area or poor counties should get rid of poverty and ensure targeted poverty alleviation,in order to achieve the goal,the government's first policy is about industry support,help 30 million poor people who have the skills and ability to work get out of poverty.Yunnan province which is located in the southwest border of China has the poor production conditions and large poor areas,industrial precision poverty alleviation at this stage of Yunnan poverty alleviation work has provided a great help,and achieved remarkable results,but the implementation process also appeared a lot of problems.Based on the theoretical perspective of industrial precision poverty alleviation,this paper takes the present situation,problems and countermeasures of industrial poverty in Yunnan Province as the research object.Based on the specific cases of industrial poverty alleviation in various regions of Yunnan Province,this paper takes empirical analysis,marginal analysis,and qualitative analysis method for the basic research methods to study the agricultural industrial precision poverty alleviation bottlenecks.The paper is to explore new waysfor the province's agricultural industrial precision poverty alleviation and provide a scientific reference for the other concentrated areas of poverty-stricken areas.The focus of this paper is mainly in the following aspects: I.Studyon the current situation of poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization in Yunnan Province.There are still 5.4 million poor people need to get out of poverty in Yunnan province,poverty alleviation task is still very serious,but Yunnan province at the current stage of poverty alleviation work has made great achievements and actively explore the four more effective agricultural industrialization of poverty alleviation model.The achievements of the current stage are mainly manifested in the work of precision and poverty alleviation,which is more and more effective.The development of poverty alleviation agricultural industry has achieved initial results and the way of poor farmers' income has been expanded.The four modes of poverty alleviation are mainly government-led and leading enterprise-driven type,Agriculture expanded function affect the type of cadres to help promote the type.On this basis,Manan town Yongshan county conducted a systematic research.Through the study found that: the agricultural industrialization of the new era of poverty alleviation model of the fundamental purpose of innovation is to have all the productive capacity and production conditions of the poor to achieve poverty alleviation,that is,to achieve this part of the masses to maximize the production efficiency.II.Research on the problems and countermeasures of precise poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province.It is necessary to systematically analyze and dissect the endogenous driving force of agricultural industrial precision poverty alleviation,find out the reason of lacking funds,cannot building a complete agricultural industrial chain and unsatisfactory benefit link mechanism,so as to perfect and optimize the problem of precision poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province.
