A Research On The Regional Industrial Integration Of Central Yunnan Province

With the rapid economic progress in China,the typical regional integration development areas emerge nationwide.As a representative with a favorable basis in Western China,central Yunnan Province sees a sustained integration growth under the functions of internal and external factors over the recent years.In regard to the element,industrial integration is the core content and developmental force of regional integration.The advancement of industrial integration development helps maximize the overall profit of regional industries and gain external competitive advantages.Judging from the current status,the industrial integration of central Yunnan Province is not consistent with the goal and requirement of its regional integration.Instead,it remains to optimize the industrial structure and further strengthen the industrial driving capacity.No matter from the element of regional integration or the current status of industrial integration,it is of a certain theoretical and practical significance to delve into the industrial integration development of central Yunnan Province.According to the current status of regional industrial integration development of central Yunnan Province,a quantitative analysis is made on its regional industrial integration development,based on which countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for it.First of all,the paper systematically presents the concept and related theories of industrial integration;with a clear understanding on current status,methods including industrial structure similarity coefficient,location quotient,and industrial professionalization correlation coefficient are adopted to make a quantitative analysis on regional industrial integration development of central Yunnan Province.Then,SWOT analysis method is used to conduct analysis on the regional industrial integration development of central Yunnan Province,as well as the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of regional industrial integration development of central Yunnan Province,and some strategies for regional industrial integration development of central Yunnan Province in future are put forward.Finally,some countermeasures for regional industrial integration development of central Yunnan Province are put forward.Through the analysis,the paper brings out that the development level of industrial integration in central Yunnan Province is comparatively low.Central Yunnan Province should actively adopt the adjustment of industrial structure,implement the regional differences in industrial layout,and strengthen the reform system to promote the sustainable development of industrial integration in central Yunnan Province.
