The Assessment And Development Path Research Of The City-industry Integration In Central Yunnan

As the main town and industrial area of Yunnan province,the urban agglomera t io n in central Yunnan is one of the regional urban agglomerations that are cultivated by the state.In the process of traditional industrialization and urbanization,there are differe nt forms of separation of cities and industries and we need to properly handle the important issue of city-industry integration.Thus,in the context of new urbanizat io n,it is just the right time to adopt the path of the city-industry integration.The integrat io n of the city is based on the town,supported by industry,linking based on users,promoting the coordinated development of industries,towns and populations to achieve their match in space,function and structure.This paper is based on the theory of urban,geography,self-organization theory and urban planning,discussing the interaction effect between urban area,industry and population.This paper takes the urban agglomeration in central Yunnan as the research area,analyses the data of urban and rural planning,urban planning infrastructure and public services and residents' development by using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 statistical analysis software and ArcGIS 10.2 geospatial data analysis software and is based on literature review,factor analysis,entropy method,inductive deduction and geospatial analysis to measure and analyze the situation of city-industry integration in central Yunnan province.According to the analysis of the measurement:1.The development characteristics of the three subsystems of city-industry integration.There are significant differences in the development level of the three sub-systems,such as industry,town and residents,in the central Yunnan province.The level of industr ia l development and regional economic development are positively correlated with the administrative level of the city.The correlation between urban construction and service level and economic development level is not significant.The development level of residents is extremely unbalanced and is positively correlated with the level of regional economic development.2.The characteristics of the development of city-indus tr y integration.The city-industry integration level in central Yunnan province is low.The level of city-industry integration is positively correlated with city level and city scale.There is a lack of coordination and synchronization in the development of the city.The industrial development level,urban construction and service level and the level of residents' development are not coordinated in most counties of central Yunnan.Industry,urban construction and public service factor are the main factors affecting the integration and development of city-industry integration in central Yunnan.3.The influence factor and spatial differentiation of city-industry integration.Each county area according to the influence factor can divide eight kinds.They are central city drive type,endogenous dynamic drive type,industry development lag type,urban construction lag type,dweller development lag type,industry and city development lag type,industry and dweller development lag type and urban and residential developme nt lag type.Among them,the center city drives type and the industry development lag type and endogenous dynamic drive type are the most widespread.4.The overall strategy and realization path of the city-industry integration development.The overall strategies for the city-industry integration development are: Build the system integration of urban and rural planning system.To optimize the power system of production city integration-industrial system.Improve the carrier of urban integrat io n — urban infrastructure and public services.Promote the spatial interaction of the city function to realize functional complexity.On the basis of these above,the concrete path of the fusion development of the production city of each city is proposed.
