Due to the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for electricity is increasing,and the peak load in some areas is increasing day by day, which is extremely unfavorable to the grid equipment. In order to ease the pressure on clectricily supply, it is impossible to complete the adjustment of resources through power plants alone. Demand response measures can lead customers to use electricity, reduce the peak load, as one of the effective ways to solve such problems. Its core for the price mechanism, that is, through reasonable prices to stimulate users to change theway electricity, reduce the pressure on power generation equipment, so that power supply and users benefit, so its role is increasingly important. Therefore, this paper presents a model based on consumer psychology theory of spike price.This paper expounds the practical significance of the peak price and the theoretical basis for the development of its electricity price. According to the actual situation of the use of electric energy in China, a reasonable method of making the peak price is put forward. First of all, based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy membership function is used to divide the time points. Then, consider the user response, the use of consumer psychology theory to establish user load transfer model. User differences can also lead to differences in response. In this paper, the least squares method is used to fit the user response curve, which indicates that the user has a threshold for the response to the electricity price, then solves the problem of threshold acquisition, and gives the correction scheme of the characteristic curve of the response curve. Furthermore, the mathematical model of the peak price is established by using the response curve after the fitting correction. This model takes into account the two factors of economy and resources, and aims at minimizing the peak and valley difference and the peak value. The mathematical model of the peak price is established with the total electricity consumption and the supply side and the user's interest. Genetic algorithm to solve it.The simulation results show that the proposed method can provide scientific basis for the development of reasonable peak price. Moreover, the peak price can be more effective in improving the daily load curve, so that the purchase and sale of electricity to achieve a betterbalance of expenditure income, and the total electricity consumption diminished, to achieve the peak load filling effect.
