The shortage of energy resources in the south and the regional imbalance of energy consumption are really serious.With the increase of distributed energy utilization in Guangzhou in recent years,the distributed energy system is becoming one of the important ways of energy saving construction in load center.Among them,gas distributed energy,with efficient integrated energy efficiency,is seen as an effective way to improve the urban power grid structure and energy supply model.However,on the one hand,the investors of gas distributed energy project are more diversified,which is affected by factors such as technology and resources.At present,the operating cost is high in our country under the big market competition pressure.On the other hand,the grid-connected scale and the feed-in tariff of distributed energy have not been unified,and the gas prices have allways been high.In addition,the gradual release of the energy market and the retail side promote the transformation of traditional enterprises and the birth of new enterprises,making the investment and management of gas distributed energy project more complex.In view of the significant difference of business efficiency between gas distributed energy projects,considering the influencing factors,the potential value and the social benefit of gas distributed energy under the developing market,based on the minimization of the total annual cost of gas distributed energy system,the mathematical model of gas distributed energy supply system is constructed to realize the economic optimization of the system.On this basis,quantify the investment degree of the grid company and the potential value of the gas distributed energy,and finally the evaluation model of business mode of gas distributed energy project with power grid enterprise's participation is established,focusing on two situations,before and after the reform of electric power transmission and distribution,the benefit space and development trend of the investment and operation on gas distributed energy are analyzed within the whole life cycle of the projects.In view of the significant difference of business efficiency among gas distributed energy projects,to collect the current situation and make concise research,including the types of gas distributed energy projects,the investors,the investment models and so on.On the basis of qualitative analysis,the market investors of gas distributed energy projects are reorganized,from the investment angle,the project business modes are classified under the quantification to the participation degree of power grid enterprises.Quantify the factors(gas price,initial investment,etc.)that affect the operation efficiency of gas distributed energy projects and analyze the sensitivity of the factors.Then,the Bayesian game theory under the incomplete information is used to determine the feed-in tariff of distributed energy based on the maximization of the benefits of power producers and grid companies.Based on the present situation of distributed energy development in Guangzhou,the gas distributed energy systems are divided into building type and regional type.Based on the minimization of total annual cost,the mathematical model of energy supply system is constructed.Considering the real-time characteristics of the load,the system configuration is optimized,and the system operation strategy is selected.The investment degree of the grid company and the potential value of the gas distributed energy,such as the reliability,environmental protection value,cost reduction benefits,and so on,are quantified so as to have the same dimension as the direct economic factors such as equipment cost and the evaluation model of business mode of gas distributed energy project with power grid enterprise's participation is established.Using the model,the benefit space and development trend of the investment and operation on gas distributed energy are analyzed within the whole life cycle of the projects under the two situations that before and after the reform of electric power transmission and distribution,which can provide optimization suggestions for the role adjustment of grid enterprises in urban distributed energy development plan under the background of new environment.
