Now, the development of society faces the dual pressure of environmental protection and energy saving. According to the internal needs of energy use and economic development, many countries and regions in the world adjust the planning of energy development. In order to pursue the sustainable development of the society, it is an effective means to develop the low-carbon economy and improve the energy consumption structure. With the development of clean energy, the government has adopted many environmental policies to encourage the development of low-carbon mode. From the long term, China’s energy development planning requires the end use to improve the flexibility and proposes the establishment of clean energy system. In the social background of the low-carbon development, the distributed energy of efficient and environmental is increasing popular in social capital. However, the investment mechanism of the distributed energy is still lacking. It has an important significance to evaluate the investment potential of distributed energy projects by analyzing the distributed energy investment model and cost-benefit.This thesis focuses on the investment pattern and cost-benefit of distributed energy projects. Firstly, it introduces the basic concept of distributed energy, and analyzes the present situation of the development of distributed energy. It provides relevant suggestions for the future development of distributed energy basing on the analysis. Secondly, it analyzes the investment situation of distributed energy and researches the distributed energy investment market subject; from the perspective of market investment subject, it analyzes the investment pattern of distributed energy, and the application of the different patterns in various stages of the distributed energy development; using the factor analysis method to analyze the related risk of distributed energy investment, distinguishing the key risk that need to prevent in the investment operation process and formulating the prevention measures. Finally, it analyzes the investment cost, economic benefit and environmental benefit of distributed energy project. From the perspective of comprehensive evaluation, it constructs comprehensive evaluation index system containing the project cost, economic benefit and environmental benefit. And it constructs a grey clustering assessment model based on an end-point mixed triangular whiten weight function, and carries on an example of the distributed energy station project analyze the economic benefit and environmental benefit of distributed energy system, and evaluating the cost-benefit based on grey clustering assessment model, and it provides an intuitive evaluation method for investment of distributed energy project, also provides decision support for the development of distributed energy system.
