In the period of economic transition in China,the development of service industry has been attached great importance.It is an important measure to accelerate the development of producer services as the basic economic sectors of the city.In the city of Xi'an to create a "National Center City","Silk Road Branch Center" and "focus 369,revitalize Xi'an" historical opportunity,rail transportation industry by virtue of significant driving function,promote the production service industry better and faster development,is for the city economy sustainable growth to provide a solid guarantee.In view of the producer service industry is becoming the cornerstone of the city's economy,it is necessary to conduct in-depth exploration of the space industry and the process mechanism of producer service location choice of rail transit and rail transportation to induce the development of producer services,should also be combined with the specific case in western area of big city of our country analysis planning practice strategies rail traffic guide production service industry spatial layout.The thesis combs the development mode of TOD,combining the characteristics of producer services,the function mechanism to resolve the rail traffic to drive the growth of the service industry to explore the development of producer services rely on rail transportation;the interaction of rail transportation and production services,construct the mechanism of interactive development between the two in the period.On the basis of the interactive development of rail transit and productive service industry,empirical research starting in Xi'an city from the view of enterprises,through the Xi'an city rail transportation 1,field survey of producer service enterprise 2 line station area,the basic data of the set;then the overall situation of Xi'an rail transit all thestatio area,by means of statistical analysis tools and features and according to the time difference measurement and recognition system axis of the internal space layout of producer services of different types of behavior;at the same time for different types of enterprises,and the layout rules on comparison based on the overall regional comprehensive summary of producer services in Xi'an city rail transit station area to.Finally,using the tools of GIS geographic information system,simulation analysis of the productive service industry of each site area layout,combined with the site of the surrounding city land development,infrastructure,industrial environment and the city location and other factors,to construct the local spatial model of productive service industry seven rail transit station areas;and by overlapping the different patterns of functional characteristics of combing out the evolution mechanism of producer services of Xi'an rail transit station area local spatial pattern;and put forward specific measures for key site planning.
