Urban rail transit has characteristics of energy-conservation, land-saving, large volume, all-weather, low pollution and security.especially for Large and medium-sized city, Urban rail transit has more and more become the backbone of the urban public transportation. The Beijing railway had already operated15lines and the total mileage had reached372kilometers at the end of2011. Beijing railway network control center is the comprehensive management agency of tickets of Beijing railway. Beijing railway network control center is in charge of the tickets management and key management of the network, it is the only authorized comprehensive institutions for tickets procurement, initialization, sorting, detection, cleaning and tickets resources development. At the same time, Beijing railway network control center is also the general store for railway tickets. At present Beijing railway network control center has already formed a security and structured tickets logistics system, but the tickets logistics system still has many shortcomings, the research for railway tickets logistics is special less at home and abroad, tickets management has big space to be improved.In this paper, the Beijing railway demand for tickets are analyzed, and the demand for tickets will be divided into three aspects as tickets flow, tickets loss and tickets fault, and the calculation method of rides demand has been Put forward, the article analyses the tickets demand data of2011and its law. According to EOQ model, the article estimate the inventory restocking batch, the economic cycle and the minimum economic inventory cost based on the whole network, respectively design inventory strategy based on the control center and the network. According to the research of the demand for tickets the article put forward the ideal cycle and mode for tickets allocation, Put forward the method of tickets allocation in network based on transportation problem model; Use MATLAB to calculat the scheme of first network tickets allocation in October2011. According to the inventory strategy research the article put forward the ideal cycle and mode for recycling and distribute of tickets, put forward the method of recycling and distribute of tickets based on TSP model. Choose the location of the regional center station, put forward the optimal distribution path through the simulated annealing algorithm. The innovation points of this paper is putting forward the goal of improvement of the tickets management according to the actual situation of management of Beijing railway network control center, and puts forward a series of methods according to theories of logistics and operational based on the goal of improvement, concluding a more scientific and reasonable railway tickets logistics solutions through the detailed data analysis.
