Study On The Relationship Between The Degree Of Internationalization And Performance Of Construction Enterprise

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been rapid development,the strength of enterprises will continue to strengthen.With China's accession to the WTO,and after the "going out" strategy put forward,have made our enterprises or active,or passively into the wave of internationalization.Especially in China in 2013,"one side of the way" strategy,and further enhance China's ties with the world.China's construction industry will be their own direction and the combination of national calls,and actively carry out international development,become an important member of the wave of internationalization.However,opportunities and challenges coexist,China's construction enterprises in the international at the same time,inevitably need to bear the challenges brought about by international development.Therefore,the construction enterprises must have a clear understanding of the degree of internationalization of enterprises and corporate performance,and thus better internationalization,profitability and development.This paper makes a systematic study on the degree of internationalization of construction enterprises and the performance of enterprises on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars' research on construction enterprises and international management.In this paper,through the literature research,in the relevant theory after the summary of the internationalization of the definition.According to the theory of FDI and organizational learning theory,the theoretical hypothesis about the relationship between the degree of internationalization of construction enterprises and the performance of enterprises is put forward.On this basis,we select the measurevariables which are suitable for the study and construct the measure model of the relationship between the two.This paper is based on the empirical study of 54 listed companies from 2009 to 2015 annual report,27 domestic and foreign construction enterprises each.Through the panel data analysis software,the multiple regression analysis is carried out to reveal the relationship between the internationalization degree of the construction enterprises and the performance of the enterprises,as well as the relationship between the internationalization degree of the construction enterprises and the performance of the enterprises and the relationship between the internationalization degree of the foreign construction enterprises and the performance of the enterprises Similarities and differences,and put forward to improve the performance of China's construction enterprises international countermeasures.The empirical research shows that there is a U-shaped relationship between the internationalization degree of the construction enterprises and the performance of the enterprises.The performance of Chinese construction enterprises is lower than that of foreign construction enterprises.The capacity of Chinese construction enterprises to resist the risks brought by internationalization is weak;There is a negative impact on the performance of construction enterprises,and the scale of enterprises has little effect on the performance of construction enterprises.And from the construction enterprises and the government two angles,targeted to promote the construction of international enterprises in China's performance policies and recommendations.Through this study,we will provide the basis and reference for the internationalization process of the construction enterprises in our country,reduce the resistance in the internationalization process,improve the internationalization performance and promote the internationalization of the construction enterprises smoothly.At the same time,this study enriches the research on the international performance of construction enterprises and also makes some reference for the construction enterprises in China.
