Project Quality Management Research Of S Company Thermal Printer

With the development of scientific technology and continuous improvement of industry level,the coming of industrial 4.0 era has made the global competitio n increasingly severe.Only the project that accomplished with precise time schedule,accurate budget control,high correspondence design and required quality will fulfill our client’s request.Currently,S company has entered rapid development stage,the products quality level has become a significant issue and cannot meet the requirements of company development,especially for thermal printer series which is the core product of company.This quality issue will not only bring highly cost on maintenance,but also become barrier for new market expanding.So this quality issue requires company to establish series quality measurements in order to guarantee the products development process carried out timely,effectively and smoothly.This article takes the quality management of S company’s new thermal printer products as the research object.By applying relevant theories of comprehensive quality management and finally find out the methods which are suitable for S company’s project quality management.Firstly,we will do an investigation about the S company’s product features and current status of quality management.Secondly,according to relevant theories of comprehensive quality management,we will analyse and evaluate the current project quality manageme nt status,trying to figure out the main reasons of problems and critical influential factors.Finally,based on analysis result of current project manage me nt status and quality problems,we will try to establish a set of improvment measures for quality managment.The improvement measures were also regard as a quality management model,it consist of four parts: project quality objectives standardizat io n,quality risk control,quality results verification and continuous improvement of quality.The quality objectives standardization adopt QFD method to carry out the comprehensive recognition and analysis for customer requirements,and make the customer requirements become product quality feature requirements.The quality risk control apply FMEA to monitor the risks of each stage,detect and rectify potential risks in time.For the quality results verification,Cpk method verify the results of design and production to ensure the stability and reliability of quality.And continuous quality improvement use PDCA method to solve the problems during each stage of project development continuously and improve the product quality step by step.Through study and analysis,this article establishes a set of quality control and improving measures for new products of thermal printer,which has reference functio n and guiding significance for improving the project quality and product quality of S company’s new products.
