The Research On Project Quality Management Of New Products Research And Development Of DG Company Based On The Core Tools Integration

Since entering the new century, the automobile as a consumer durable goods entered ordinary families in china. Under the national relevant policy stimulus, the Automobile Industry rapidly increases. The industry also began to flourish, such as Rubber industry. In the global automotive overcapacity, fierce competition background, how to develop new products market demanded becomes the foundation for the continuedsurvival and development of enterprises.This thesis firstly introduced the basic theory of project quality management. Secondly, introduces the auto industry research and development of project quality management related theory, core tools (APQP and related tools for PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, the auto industry "core tools" for short) application requirements and the characteristics of the rubber hose industry. Moreover, in-depth analysis of the automobile industry research and development project quality management in the application of ISO/TS16949:2009and the present situation of the core tools, reason and the contact between them and the function. At the end of the thesis puts forward the integration application in research and development of project quality management of the new platform and management strategy.This thesis studied systematically how to use the integrated application system of core tools in project quality management of DG company’s new product research and development process. At the same time, hope it can be used as reference for other automobile industry.
