Research And Development Project Quality Management Improvement On Sever Products

Recently,IT services like big data,telecom,network games,etc.become more and more popular,causes those companies whom provide these services strongly increase the server requirement.And the customers turn to request much higher stability and sustainability of these services than before.All these force the server development and manufacturing companies to improve their servers' quality accordingly.As agreed by industry: Quality is designed.Which makes the server development projects' quality management more important.In this thesis,it first investigates the current status of development projects' quality management in world,and servers' industry background,server development projects' current status and their uniqueness and importance.Also,it analyzes the old quality management process and method of M company's server development projects.After investigation of the problems exist in M company's server projects' quality management method,DMAIC method of 6 sigma,and the normal used quality analysis tools of M company: DFMEA,MBPS,brainstorm,fishbone,etc.are used to deeply analyze those problems.The new method to overcome those problems is found.And finally a new quality management method for M company's server development projects is summarized.Then,the new improved M company's server development projects' quality management method is applied to new server development project.The quality data get from both old project which follows M company's old server development projects' quality management method and new project which follows M company's new server development projects' quality management method are compared,to prove that M company's new server development projects' quality management method is effectively.
