Research On Development Paths For Shenbei New District Of Shenyang

Rapid urban construction and development of new urban areas associated with the urban development has become the most splendid scene in China since the 1980 s.Learning of experiences in building new urban area construction has an important guiding significance for improving the level of urbanization.Construction of new urban areas is an important research content of urban planning,the development of new town will help ease the pressure of population and employment in the old city.Urban new district also contributes to the new economic growth.As the revitalization of old industrial base in northeast of China,municipal development and construction of Shenbei District plays an important role in promoting urbanization and improving the competitiveness and environment of the new district.Firstly,theory and method of new city construction are studied in this paper.The basic theory of new urban district planning,new urban district patterns,developing factors of new urban areas,urban development type,new urban areas development philosophy and other content related to the construction of new urban areas will be explained.This study mainly focuses on the development paths of Shenbei district.By summary Shenbei planning and development construction process,we problems are identified during urban development construction.Development paths are chosen by the dominant factor in the analysis of national policy,geographic conditions,urban planning regulation,the level of economic development,transportation,labor,and other factors.In addition,the dynamic mechanism in terms of national policy guidance and government macro-control,industrial agglomeration and diffusion,real estate development and construction of residential environment are analyzed of Shenbei development paths.In policy analysis of Shenbei district development and construction,paths are determined to implement the proposed general idea and principles of Shenbei district construction,which provides a basic framework for the development of new district.Shenbei district development paths are selected on the basis of regional development objectives and positioning,industry overall layout,function and structure of land.Finally,the effective implementation countermeasures of Shenbei district development are proposed in terms of the development and construction planning of Shenbei district,development strategies,and guarantee mechanisms.
