Under The Background Of The Spread Of City,Urban Village Development Research In Southern Yangtze Developed Areas

Since China's reform and opening up,with the rapid development of economy in our country,the urbanization level has been improved.In the process of rapid urbanization,urban boundary disorderly outward expansion,city spread phenomenon is more prominent.City spread brings many negative effects on the development of urban and rural,such as the use of land resources,urban and rural gap between the rich and the poor,the ecological environment pollution and so on.We should take certain countermeasures to relieve urban unordered spreading and promote the orderly development of urban and rural integration process.At the same time,in the backdrop of the rapid development of city,urban agriculture in China is also been gradually focused on.Urban agriculture is in urbanization area and surrounding areas,forming depends on the city and in the service of the city's many forms of high-level green industry.With the organic development of urban agriculture,the term"urban village" arises at the historic moment.Urban villages,which is in urbanization area and surrounding areas,both urban and rural morphological characteristics of the two,while preserving the advantages of both forms,by seeking the reasonable construction pattern,make urban and rural harmonious coexistence,promote the urban rural development,urban and rural areas as a whole,in a reasonable to promote the urbanization process at the same time,create beautiful countryside.This article is based on the background of urban spread,discussed the advantages and existing problems of analysis of the urban rural development of regions south of the Yangtze River developed areas,and put forward the way to resolve this problem,and according to the different types of urban rural structure mode to choose the suitable development of urban villages.Based on the research of the regions Southern Yangtze district urban rural development,explore the new development model of urban and rural.This study aims to set up urban rural development research based on the spread of city,takes urban agricultural development and rural urban space system planning as an example in Chengyang district,where located in Yangshe town,Zhangjiagang city:(1)Through reading a large number of literature,summing up the related concepts of urban village in south of the Yangtze River developed areas:such as the "spread of city","urban agriculture","urban rural tourism","urban village","urban space system","urban village space system,,etc.;Summarizing the relevant theories and ideas,such as the idea of garden city,urban agriculture theory,sustainable development thought,the concept of circular economy,and landscape architecture,urban space related thought theory and so on.(2)Through analyzing the spread of urban context,the south of the Yangtze River developed areas of the discussion of advantages and problems of the development of urban rural,summing up the solutions to deal with problems and build suitable for different types of urban rural development model.(3)Through researching the foreign cases of suburban rural practice in French Bordeaux st Emily wing area and the city of Amsterdam in the Netherlands and the domestic cases in Anji county,Zhejiang province and Songjiang district of Shanghai city to refining to recommend it.(4)Finally,through the practice of development of urban agriculture and urban rural space system planning in in Chengyang district,where located in Yangshe town,Zhangjiagang city to conclusion before validations.
