| Trade area is the window for the city,is a location to satisfy the needs of residents,and is an important support for local economic development.As an emerging resource-based city,Ranghulu district of Daqing has a short urban development history and was established in 1980.For a long time,the business development of the city is to satisfy the needs of mine area,so the development is inadequate.Since 2007,with the accelerated urbanization and “develop tertiary industry to animate economy” strategy was adopted,tertiary industry,especial the merchant and trading sector has developed fast,and malls have become main force.This paper focused on the features of trade area in Ranghulu and how to promote its further development.Selecting malls in Ranghulu occupied more than 10000 m2 service zones as the main cases,adopting the methods combined theory analysis and Practical analysis,to analysis trade areas of Ranghulu.This paper first summarizes the theories of trade area,addresses definition of business district,and gives the method of the whole research.Then,summarize the external surrounding factors which influence the development of trade area.With the support of Huff's model,analyze the competition situation of trade areas in Ranghulu district and other trade areas in Daqing.Then,this paper address that according to the distance between consumers and center business district,the trade area can be divided into three parts,and further use the overlapping degree of core trade area to analyze the competition situation of trade areas within Ranghulu district.Through market analysis,this paper finds the features of predicts and the future consuming potential of Ranghulu district.The paper research a series of problems existed in the business development of Ranghulu district and find the roots of contradictions.Finally,try to find the methods to resolve the problems,discuss the future development pattern of trade area.The paper further promotes some supporting measures. |
