Here is easy to find ways of researching on the performance appraisal appraisal throughout here and abroad.Although the familiars are exist through the macro theoretical researches,but the choices of ways on performance appraisal and the implementation effects are always different between companies,so they need to suit their own measures to the local conditions without a unified standard.Meanwhile,researches of performance appraisal on nuclear power region is less compare with others,because of the factors in high technical requirements,special safety requirements,less personnel or companies to consult,high confidentiality requirements,and the lower participation of nonprofessionals.To be the first company by using a new model that manufacturing and assembly of modularization products,the CAP1400 project of S Nuclear Power Equipments Manufacturing Company become the first demonstration project of the world,which is turns the other construction models in nuclear power projects on their heads.So it must be a realistic significance to study its way of performance appraisal.After participation in constructions of AP1000 projects,it is easily found that the old performance appraisal method used on CAP1400 will inconvenience,and might bring a number of disadvantages.This essay will point out some better methods and suggestions on a basis of analyzing the current performance appraisal situation and the problems all around exist.Based on a consulting of the related theories and methods of performance appraisal here and abroad,the essay first come to know the general situation of S Nuclear Power Equipments Manufacturing Company,and analyze the present situation of CAP1400 performance appraisal.Secondly,it analyzes and sum up the present main problems of CAP1400 performance appraisal through questionnaire survey and interview.Because of the special organization mode of CAP1400,this essay focuses on the study of performance appraisal strategy adjustment on how to optimize the appraise structure,appraise method,appraise index and personnel station evaluation.At last,the essay does the impact assessment through a second time of questionnaire survey and interview for the strategy adjustment.It point out some suggestions to S Nuclear Power Equipments Manufacturing Company CAP1400 project,including the aspects on the emphasis level of project leaders,and positive incentive,interview of project leaders,and disseminate the company culture.This will let the general project and the personnel progress together,and improve the working abilities,personal qualities,and the initiative of the personnel,to polish up the project operation management,realizes the altogether wins,create a favorable condition to both the company and CAP1400 project,and build a valuable reference for any other companies of the same category.
