In the human resources management of enterprise,performance management plays an important role.Performance appraisal is an essential part of performance management,which can fully arouse the enthusiasm of staff,improve work efficiency and create more value for enterprises.In addition,it also contributes to the formation of a fair and impartial management environment within the enterprise.Based on the performance evaluation related theories,the paper takes the personnel management of SDWB as research object.With the methods of literature research,questionnaire,interview and so on,the paper systematically analyzes the major problems existing in the performance appraisal of the company.By discussing about the performance appraisal process,indexes and implementation process,the original performance evaluation system is optimized and improved combined with the theoretic research results of performance appraisal.The specific research contents are summarized as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of the topic,the main content and the research method are expounded.Secondly,the relevant theory of performance appraisal is introduced,which is the theoretical basis of the research.Then,the present situation and main problems of SDWB performance appraisal system are analyzed.The questionnaire involves the performance,opinions or suggestions of the company's performance appraisal system.The investigation found that there exist some prominent problems in the performance appraisal system of company.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to improve the existing performance appraisal system.Next,the performance appraisal system of SDWB was optimized.From the purpose,principle and train of thought of performance appraisal,an analysis of the preparation for optimization of performance evaluation system was conducted,in which the performance evaluation system of the company was constructed from the aspects of selection of performance appraisal indexes,weight setting and so on.Ultimately,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of optimized performance appraisal system of SDWB.After optimization,it requires the corresponding supporting system and safeguard measures to carry out the performance appraisal system,while some preparation work should be made in advance before the performance evaluation is implemented,such as creating atmosphere,establishing the training system and so on.At the same time,it also should attach great importance to theprocess and control of performance appraisal implementation,and strengthen the information collection,supervision and control of process to further improve the analysis and application of the assessment results..
