Research On The Management Mechanisms Of Local Government In College Students' Entrepreneurship

The background of this writing is that China's economic development has gradually entered the transition stage,and industrial structure and employment environment have changed greatly.In order to improve the social innovation and solve the employment problem of college students in China in the current stage,creative transformation is proposed to promote the development mode of employment with entrepreneurship.At the same time,it also puts forward new requirements for our government organizations.The government organizations at all levels should adapt to the new development model,and promote the economic and social development of our country through its own reform.This paper is divided into seven parts.Preface and introduction introduce the research background,research content,research significance;the second chapter introduces the theoretical foundation of the thesis;the third chapter introduces the government of Tangshan City to promote the entrepreneurship of college students,and discusses the Tangshan City government in promoting the specific work of College Students Entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurship of college students and the successful case;the fourth chapter discusses Entrepreneurship problems of Tangshan City government to promote the main entrepreneurship;the fifth chapter discusses the government to promote the cause of the problem analysis of college students entrepreneurship;the sixth chapter discusses the domestic and foreign city government in promoting college students' Entrepreneurship experience;the seventh chapter discusses through the analysis of the above chapters,and the government on promoting university the management mechanism of Graduate Entrepreneurship is suggested;the conclusion: the problems and conclusions of the research are summarized as well as the shortcomings of the paper.This paper uses a questionnaire survey method and interview method,the scale of the questionnaire includes four colleges and universities in Tangshan City,which has a demonstration effect.The objects of interview include the government of Tangshan City Municipal Education Bureau,people club Bureau,Finance Bureau and other departments.
