Research On The Problem Of NGO Suppotr For College Students Entrepreneurship

In recent years, China’s university graduates are growing constantly, but the communityhas not provide more jobs, As a large number of graduates faced with the problem of graduateunemployment, the employment pressure of college students in china is become more andmore serious. To relieve the situation, the CPC Central Committee and State Councilpromulgated a series of policies to encourage the implementation of College Students’entrepreneurship, at the same time, the employment may be driven. Social entrepreneurship asa form of entrepreneurship, refers to the individual or group realize the process to maximizethe public interest by creating new products, new services and new methods, and effectivelycombine commercial and market-oriented operation of resource integration. On one hand, theprocess of innovation can effectively cultivate students creative spirit, improve thecomprehensive quality of college students, accumulate practical experience, realize the dreamof entrepreneurship. On the other hand, it can cultivate college students’ sense of socialresponsibility,help them to set up correct social values, at the same time,it also plays apositive role in solving the employment problems. Therefore, more and more college studentschoose entrepreneurship.From the current situation of China, either in academia or in charityfield, entrepreneurship is a new term, the development of it is not mature. Although it iswidely concerned by the government and the enterprise, but it remains to be improved. Fromthe aspect of government, the efficiency of fund operation is low, the transparency of capitalis not high, the credibility is lacking. Because the main goal of enterprises is to maximizeprofits and few entrepreneurs understand the entrepreneurship operation, both of them cannoteffectively guide college students. NGO social organization as a independent system, its hashigh operation efficiency out of the control of the government.Because of its characteristicsof non-profit, commonweal, year-round operation in public welfare undertakings, NGO is thebest choice for college students entrepreneurship.This paper from the new view, using the method of questionnaire, case analysis andliterature research, proposes solutions in response to the current research problems, andconstructs a set of Entrepreneurship support system which adapt China conditions. In order to draw these system, this paper research and analyze deeply. The content overview dividesinto the following two aspects: on one hand, the paper analyze the feasibility and necessitythat NGO support for college students entrepreneurship through the domestic and foreignrelevant literature review, at the same time, the paper to do research in providing data supportby using the method of interview survey, access to college students and NGO staff. On theother hand, the paper sums up the successful experiences and failure lessons through the studyof classic case entrepreneurship, combination with China’s current NGO support for collegestudents entrepreneurship case, which provide a reference for the future of China’s NGOsupport for college students entrepreneurship.
