Jiangsu Oilfield is a large state-owned enterprise,the training tasks for reserved skilled talents have mainly competed by technician coolege of Jiangsu Oilfield.This essay mainly dwells on the training model of oilfield skilled talents reserve from the perspective of pre-service education.The first is to make an analysis of the necessities of skill operation and professional qualities of students as well as the expectancyof individual ability development based on the information in a survey by means of visits,questionnaire and interviews for graduates in recent years.Next is to establish training objective of our school and training model of “intergration of three classes” on the basis of the research conclusions,refering to the national training standard for the technical college students so as to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness.The training model of “intergration of three classes” is concerned with three educational forms,the first classroom,the second classroom and the third classroom.The first classroom is class teaching,in which advanced teaching concepts are applied,and theory is combined with practice characterized by Interactivity and intergration in order to activate students and promote the teaching effect.The second classroom is after-class activities,which is dependent on campus activities including rich and colorful cultural and sports activities,psychological counseling and lectures.Besides,paramilitary management is executed to strengthen the behavior education for students,build up good style and habits and thereby foster the professional qualities in many ways.The third classroom is off-campus practice,which is intended to increase the possibilities of contacting the society,adapting to the working atmosphere so as to lay a basis for students' entry into their positions as soon as possible by means of off-campus practice and social experiences.These thee forms of education should be integrated and permeated effectively.In the end,the essay further explores the implement conditions of the training model of “intergration of three classes”.
