Since the reform and opening up,vocational education has become an integral part of China's modern national education system.The production-education integration is an essential feature of vocational education that is different from general education.In recent years,vocational education has developed rapidly,the problem of the mismatch between industrial demand and talent supply has become increasingly serious.However,productioneducation integration has provided new solutions for it.As an important part of vocational education,secondary vocational education mainly cultivates technical and technical talents with practical ability.In order to achieve this goal,secondary vocational schools have continued to explore and reform talent training,and have achieved some results,but there are also issues that cannot be ignored.This article first elaborates on the research background,research significance and research status of production-education integration,and then studies the theoretical support of the full text with human capital theory,demand-oriented theory and strategic alliance theory.From a macro perspective,we analyze the status quo and problems of productioneducation integration in secondary vocational schools,use the questionnaires and interview methods to investigate the vision and vision specialty of Danyang Technical Secondary School,which is a representative of production-education integration.By carrying on questionnaire survey,interviewing related graduates and employing unit,sorting out and analyzing the recovery questionnaire data and interviewing materials,it's conclude that:The main needs of enterprises are improving the employees' qualities in all aspects and reducing employment costs.Moreover,the students of Ophthalmology and Optometry major hold a thought:the schools has no deep enough cooperation with the enterprises and no enough abutment with industries in courses offered and majors construction.It's known from the above analysis that the vocational education has made a great progress in China and trained and provide lots of talents for the economic construction.However,the vocational education has short development history in China,so there are pretty many imperfections in its personnel training system.Thus the state needs to help the vocational education in policy and institute from macro-level.The vocational school needs to conclude and explore its deficiency on the way of cultivating skilled talents in vocational education based on its current development situation,as well as find out the strategy of improving the vocational skilled talents.This paper puts forward the implementation ways and suggestions of integrating of production and education and cultivating practical skilled talents from teaching mode,faculty construction and cultivation model.It's thought that we should set up a teaching mode based on function,carry out the system of "leaving school with double certificates" during the training period,and combine the construction of Double Teachers' team.Only by combining the needs of enterprises with the current situation of school training and jointly constructing the talent training program,can we realize the deep integration of production and teaching and improve the training quality of talents.
