Human resources in the first resource in the enterprise development,is the core competitiveness of enterprises can realize sustainabledevelopment. With the continuous development of social economy andthe advent of the information age, enterprises need not only highlyqualified technical personnel and management personnel, also need aknowledge rich, skilled occupation, high quality of high skilled talents.Especially for the production enterprise of nuclear chemistry, first-lineenterprises production skills and skills of personnel quality, oftendetermines the enterprise product quality and technical content,determines the sustainable development of enterprises. Due to long-terminfluence of planned economic system, nuclear chemical militaryenterprises in the transition process of development, facing the bottleneckof the development of a market economy under the impact of thedevelopment process, including training in high skill talents, also exist inthe training mechanism is not perfect, the difficulties and problems. Inrecent years, A company as a military background of large state-ownednuclear chemical enterprises, actively carry out the human resourcemanagement system reform, and achieved some effect.
