Study On The Problem Of Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making In Oilfield Development

With the rapid development of China's economy,the total demand of petroleum energy increases year by year,with our country's severe energy demand in contrast is the lack of our own oil and gas resources and distribution.In order to solve practical problems in oil and gas supply,adopt scientific methods,optimize the decision of oilfield development plan effectively,to maximize oil and gas resources utilization is the only way for the development of China's oil enterprises.With the constantly development of oilfield development decision theory,in the oilfield development decisions should not only considering the quantitative indicators,but also consider the oilfield and local relations,ecological environmental protection and other aspects,makes the decision environment is becoming more and more complex.The application of multiple attribute group decision making method in oilfield development decision-making,to improve the accuracy of oilfield development decisions and effectiveness has important significance.Beginning with multi-attribute for oilfield development,with the study of papers for multi-attribute optimization theory for oilfield development,group decision-making theory and so on,this paper establishes a multi-attribute group decision-making index system for oilfield development from four aspects of economic benefits,the development of technology,ecological environment and social benefit.Considering the complexity of multiple-attribute group decision-making problems of oilfield development,use the method of two-tuple semantic meaning to obtain the weight of index.Comparing and analyzing the various optimization methods,select the grey correlation method combined with two-tuple semantic meaning.Then,Establish the grey correlation of multi-attribute group decision-making model based on two tuple semantics meaning.At last,make an optimization selection of three blocks of an oilfield using the model.
