The Research On Regional Differences Of Transportation Development And Its Impact On Regional Economy

The economic development of our country is very uneven because of the vast territory and the natural conditions and socio-economic conditions.At the same time,the development of transportation in China is also obviously different.The transportation industry,as the basic industry of our country,its rapid development of the role of the economy can not be ignored.The research of the regional differences in the development of transportation and the influence of this kind of difference to the regional economy development is strongly necessary and significant.The beginning of this paper introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the development of transportation,highlights the research achievements and contributions of China in recent years.And then according to the research content and research ideas,put forward the innovation of this article.The second chapter summarizes the theory of transportation development and the mechanism of the impact of transportation on regional economic development,and paves the way for the following research.The third and fourth chapters of this paper are the focus of the study.The third chapter of this paper measures and analyzes the regional differences in the development of transportation in China,and according to the level of transportation development,takes the method of cluster analysis to divide China into three kinds.The fourth chapter studies the impact of China's transportation development on regional economy from the different characteristics of transportation.Cointegration theory is introduced to set up the quantitative analysis of panel data model,discusses the effect of transportation on the economy development of the three areas,respectively from the scale,the infrastructure,and the development potential.The conclusion of the study shows that there are large regional differences in the development of transportation in China,and the unbalanced development of transportation between different regions is significant.Overall,China's eastern coastal areas are well developed and transportation is relatively backward in the central and western regions.The impact of transportation on economic development is also different.According to the regional classification of the level of transportation development,the port transport and road transport in the first category have a greater impact on the economy.The contribution of road transport and rail transport to economic development in the second category is large.The third category of regional air passenger transport play an important role,while the role of road transport and rail transport can not be ignored.According to the research results,China should develop the transportation industry according to local conditions and promote regional economic development.Finally,this paper sums up the research conclusion,puts forward the relevant policy suggestions to promote the development of transportation in our country,and makes a prospect for the future research direction.
