Research On Supply Chain Quality Management Optimization Of HD Auto Parts Company

The car manufacturing is a systemic engineering,any part of the error will cause the vehicle's failure,which will also affect the common interests of the supply chain.It is an important task to ensure that all aspects of the car supply chain are under controlled,which is placed in front of the vehicle manufacturers and all suppliers.In the supply chain,the market competitiveness and development of all member enterprises are closely related to the product quality,cost and service quality.This paper briefly introduces the quality management based on the supply chain,quality strategy and IATF16949:2016 requires.Based on the theories of supplier quality management and analyze of HD company supplier quality situation,the author established the specification of supplier classification and orientation,selection and evaluation process,evaluation and compensation,customer special requirements management,quality management system requirements,safety production and ramp up plan,change management,problem solving and escalation process,supplier support and incentives and so on.The author identifies the optimization scheme.The purpose of this dissertation is to let suppliers and relevant enterprises clearly recognize that it is need to improve the quality robustness and agility,using system thinking,and combined with the IATF16949:2016 revision updating.And to provide a kind of optional improvement scheme(3 factors: quality strategy,IATF16949 and supply chain management)for similar automotive industry supply chain to implement IATF16949 or to improve their quality ability play a certain reference.
