Research On Supply Chain Quality Management And Control Technologies For Manufacture Enterprise

On the mobilization of the economy system in our country, the supply chain for Manufacture Enterprise is developing rapidly and the market competition is getting fiercer. Quality has been the key factor to improve the Core Competitiveness. The"high quality and low cost"is the inevitable choice for any Manufacture Enterprise. To improve products quality, cut cost and enhance competitive power with the supply chain perspective are both the starting point and the ending point of the paper.Firstly,the paper introduced the research and the development of the Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM), analyzed features and the problems of the SCQM for Manufacture Enterprise,and presented the key technologies of SCQM for Manufacture Enterprise.Next, the paper summarized the modern quality chain management theory, put forward the Quality Chain Management for Manufacture Enterprise, and established the system structure and the operational sketch-map. The key technologies were researched, the Quality Unit Model, the SCQC Group, the Coordination Mechanism, and the Quality Contingency Plan are established。And then, in order to meet the quality control requirement for military supplier, the paper put forward the Supply Quality Competitiveness Evaluation of Military Supplier with the four-level index system and the TFN-AHP method.At last, considering the importance of the quality information management, the paper established Supply Chain Quality Information Structure Model for Manufacture Enterprise, gave some suggestions on informationization in Manufacture Enterprise, and developed the Outsourced Parts Quality Inspection Management Prototype System with the help of the Sybase database system and the Delphi7.0 for a Manufacture Enterprise.
