Research On Spatio-temporal Characteristics And Promotion Of Urban Tourism Efficiency In Huaihai Economic Zone

In the 21 st century in China is booming,while tourism revenue is increasing and investment in the tourism industry expanding.The tourism industry was considered as one of the no smoke industries with less investment and quick returns,but now expand the scale blindly and allocation of resources unreasonable and many more began to appear in tourism industry.Huaihai economic zone has abundant tourism resources and started to increase investment in recent years,it is very urgent and necessary for explore the region for tourism efficiency problem.By reading a lot of literature,gather up the major progress of tourism efficiency,Through establish the tourism development input and output index system,using the methods including DEA and coefficient of variation and so on to measure tourism overall efficiency and decomposition efficiency of the region,by Malmquist index measure to explore TFP feature;and by GIS reveals the region's evolution of tourism efficiency and TFP from the perspective of space;according to the comprehensive efficiency characteristics divide corresponding evolution type;established the influence of tourism efficiency index system from supply and demand,and explore the influencing factors by constructing a regression model;establish the tourism development driving force index system to probe what is tourism development driving force in Huaihai economic zone,and try to analyze the development stage of tourism in the region;according to tourism development in Huaihai economic zone,put forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)On the tourism efficiency,comprehensive efficiency is not high,there are great regional differences,on decomposition efficiency,technical efficiency is high generally,scale efficiency showed an increasing trend;in space,comprehensive efficiency is not stable,appearing distribute of dispersion characteristics,hotspots gradually to transfer Huaihai economic zone in the northeast,technical efficiency characteristics is from dispersion to the central regions gather again to the northeast and southwest gathering,general characteristics of scale efficiency by gathering in the eastern coastal state of dispersion is followed by the development of spatial characteristics eastward into northern and central agglomeration.(2)On TFP,variety fluctuation is obviously on the whole,the main performance of the "down-up cycle mode",the efficiency change of comprehensive and scale to some extent hindered the increase in total factor productivity;in space,TFP showing hot spots in small quantities,cold spots region is declining,sub-hot spots and sub-cold spots roughly balanced features.In the reign,generally appeared as eastern Henan,northern Anhui relevant cities are hot spots,southern Shandong and northerns Jiangsu between sub-hot spots and sub-cold spots hover.(3)Integrate the size and speed of tourism efficiency changes,divided into four types of efficiency position they are low-drop,low-lift,high-lift,high-drop,and give brief analysis of its causes.(4)From the supply and demand sides to analysis the influencing factors of tourism efficient found that A-level scenic spots number,road density,fixed asset investment,the number of employees of the tertiary industry population,urban residents per capita disposable income for tourism efficiency have significantly influences.(5)From the perspective of “push-pull” construct the drive tourism development indicators,found the driving force of the development of tourism in Huaihai economic zone is resource-driven as a focus,supplemented with location and facilities,and found that the region is currently in the growing tourism.(6)From the investors and scope to expand,improve and apply of the industry technology,and improve the allocation of resources and strengthen cooperation and contact between cities in favor of tourism efficiency increase and promote of tourism development stage.
