Research On Impact Factors And Policy Simluation Of Internet+ Used Phone Recycling Mode

With the rapid spreading and continually updating of smartphones and with the development and innovation of the technology of internet,meanwhile the increasing of consumer's requirement not only make the speed of phones' updating and sales volume increase gradually and quickly,but also a large number of used phones have been made to leave at home,which will be a threat to the safety of environment and a serious waste of resources.Efficiently and regularly recycling of these increasing used phones have become a hot problem of our society,while it is the Internet+used phone recycling mode that made it possible to solve the hard problem.According to the interactive platform on internet,the Internet+used phone recycling mode broke the barriers between consumers and recyclers,reduced the trade cost of phone recycling,but the acceptance and recognition of consumers still need to be promoted,the normative of the mode's operation needs to be completed,the efficiency need to be increased constantly.In the meantime,our government department still needs to provide the scientific development of the phone recycling with effective policy support.Based on the above background,we take advantage of system dynamics and take the key influence factors of Internet+ used phone recycling as research objects,according to compare the effect of recycling price,information safety and logistics fee between traditional phone recycling mode and Internet+ used phone recycling mode on phone recycling,we put forward the policy suggestions of improvement of the efficiency of Internet+phone recycling mode.The concrete content is as following:1.Using co-word analysis method to analyze the hotspot of the phone recycling area.The results showed that phone recycling mode and its effect factors were the topic problems which professors paid more attention to.So we teased the literature of these two aspects to lay the theoretical foundation of analyzing the effect factors of Internet+ used phone recycling mode.2.Made a deep and comprehensive description of Internet+ used phone recycling mode in terms of economy,policy,technology and society and its main components which are recycling system and processing system.3.Established the simulation model of Internet+ used phone recycling mode by using system dynamics,which included the effect factors like recycling price,information safety and logistic fee.We concluded that information safety was the main reason.4.Proposed corresponding suggestions to promote the phone recycling efficiency according to the simulation results.The innovation point in the paper reflected on two aspects.On the one hand,the information safety which has never been studied was added into the system dynamics model.On the other hand,the suggestions and policy we proposed were innovative.
