The world is faced with the enhanced pressure of resource and environmental constraints,and the economic development is in the new norma1.The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment problem(WEEE)is listed as a major issue affecting the sustainable development of the country.Therefore,the importance of Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR)gradually highlights.Over the past few decades,researches on EPR have been developed extensively.At present,the communication between WEEE buyers and sellers is poor because of the imperfect recycling system and the limitations of recycling channels.In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of the public participation in recycling,and to promote the members of supply chain to strengthen cooperation and social recovery,our government vigorously advocated that take the Internet application to the WEEE mode under EPR recovery system and the "Internet +" background in our country.However,there are few study takes the concept of "Internet +" to the WEEE recycling mode,and articles about the selection of WEEE recycling mode based on EPR under the background of "Internet +" are rare.Based on the introduction of the advantage "Internet +" recycling,this article introduced three patterns of WEEE recycling modes on the basis of EPR system under the background of "Internet +",which are manufacturers that in charge of online and offline recovery,the manufacturer commissioned retailers to take charge online and offline recycling and manufacturers commissioned the third party to take charge online and offline recycling.On this basis,I have analyzed and compared the recovery rate and producer income of three kinds of typical WEEE mode both from economic and social benefits.At the same time,I have analyzed the comprehensive correlation degree of the social benefits.The results of the study showed that under the background of "Internet +",it is manufacturers who are responsible for the recovery by online and offline channel that can make the highest profit and highest recycling rate based on the EPR system,and the comprehensive correlation of its evaluation index is the maximum.That is to say,the economic benefit and the social benefit is the best.
