In current highly competitive environment, enterprises with strong innovation abilities can be in the leading position and to be able to exist for a longer time.Innovation activities ultimately belong to employees, which means that employees are the supporters and implementers.Employees' innovation behavior is of great significance to the development of organizations. So how to stimulate more employees' innovation behavior becomes the focus of theoretical and practical fields.Current thesises mainly include individual aspect(such as psychological security and innovative self-efficacy)and environment aspect(such as leadership style and job autonomy)influence on innovation behavior, but mostly limited to single aspect.Individual behavior is the output of communication, friction, coordination and interaction with the surrounding environment. So,single factor can not predict behavior change powerfully. From the perspective of fit, this paper builds the mechanism between person-job fit and employees' innovation behavior.Considering that researchers focusing too much on positive factors but less on negative ones, this paper chooses abusive supervision and analyse the interaction on employees' innovation behavior. We take basic psychological needs as the mediating variable, confirming that basic psychological needs is of universality. Results not only enrich and supplement the theory system of individual behavior, but also provide theoretical instructions for organizations to stimulate more employees' innovation behavior. These are the innovation points of the article.Main content of this paper is as follows:The first part introduces relevant researches of theoretical and practical background and gives preliminary explanation on research methods, research purpose and research significance. Then,we review related researces of person-job fit, abusive supervision, basic psychological needs and employees' innovation behavior. We explore the logical relationship according to theory and practice, and put forward the research hypothesis and theoretical model. The second part uses the mature measurement scales to investigate employees and their supervisors in Beijing,Tianjin and Anhui province. And we get 471 effective samples. Then,we use SPSS19.0 and LISREL8.7 to deal the data.It shows that:(1)there is a positive and negative correlation respectively between person-job fit and abusive supervision and employees ' innovation behavior;(2)the positive effect of person-job fit on innovation behavior is mediated by competence needs, and the negative effect of abusive supervision on innovation behavior is mediated by autonomy needs, relatedness needs and competence needs;(3)abusive supervision moderates the relationship between person-job fit and relatedness needs and competence needs. The last part of this paper summarizes the conclusions, gives some suggestions toadministrators on how to stimulate more employees' innovation behavior, and points out the deficiencies and the expectation in the future study.
