Abusive supervision is a kind of negative leadership behavior, a kind of physical abuse, a kind of emotional office abuse. It was estimated that many workers encountered abuse supervision, this damaged the quality of their work and well-being. Abusive supervision brings about much loss for company every year. Researchers have found that it had a negative impact on information communication between employees and managers. In the organization, employees value feedback from managers very much. However, employees not only passively or actively get feedback from managers, employees will actively take actions to avoid feedback. behavior of managers is one of the important factors affecting employees to avoid feedback behavior.Psychological safety is an individual perception of security in interpersonal interaction, a kind of risk judgment, employees behave based on the judgment. In the study of Chinese enterprise management problems, scholars have found that traditionality has important influence on the leadership. At present, the study of feedback avoidance behavior is less, and it is necessary to further explore the result variables of abusive supervision and their mechanism. Therefore, this paper explores the mechanism between abuse supervision and feedback avoidance behavior from the perspective of employees’ psychological safety within the scope of traditionality.This not only enriches study of abusive supervision and feedback avoidance behavior, but also provides the specific organizational management suggestions.This article is to study, based on the psychological safety and employee’s traditional role, the relationship between abusive supervision and feedback avoidance behavior. Through the analysis of existing literature, This article establish model of the present study, put forward the research hypotheses. On the basis of predecessors’ researches, through the statistical analysis, the conclusions of this article are:(1) abuse supervision had a negative impact on feedback avoidance behavior;(2) psychological safety partially mediates the relationship in the relationship between abusive supervision and feedback avoidance behavior;(3) traditionality plays a moderating role in abusive supervision and psychological safety, it weakens the abusive supervision effect on psychological safety.
