Research On Operational Risk Prevention Of Primary Commercial Banks

With the rapid development of economy,the commercial banks of China have obtained great development in assets and profits,and the roles they played in economy has become increasingly important.However,in recent years,the operational risk occur frequently,which makes the operational risk become the focus of attention,especially for the primary commercial banks.The primary commercial banks has many different characteristics from the high level of commercial banks,this makes the recent researches of the commercial bank operation risk does not apply to the primary commercial banks.Due to the great impact of primary commercial banks on the economic life of the masses,it is important to prevent and control the operational risk primary commercial banks to maintain the economic security of the masses.This article focuses on operational risk prevention of primary commercial banks,based on the working experience of the author.We review the research background,current research,innovation and the overall framework of the article,and then we carry out the research.We summed up the characteristics of the primary commercial banks.Based on this,analysis the inapplicability of current research,and give the definition of operational risk on the primary commercial banks.Then,we classify the operational risk by the main service types of the primary commercial banks,explore the causes of operational risk,determine the overall train of thought of the primary commercial banks operational risk prevention and carry out the specific work in three stages.Finally,we puts forward some relevant matters attention in the implementation of operational risk prevention.In a word,we carry out operational risk prevention and control research in the context of the primary commercial banks,to provide some guidance for the operational risk prevention of primary commercial banks.
