Research On Industrial Park Construction Of Central Home Furnishing Industrial New City

On 5th March 2017,Premier Li published the Government Work Report,proposing that ‘promoting the innovation and development of national new districts,development zones and industrial parks,supporting the economic restructuring and development of regions which have resource depletion and ecological degradation' as the key task of 2017 to further the release of domestic demand potentiality.On 22 nd December 2016,the National Development and Reform Commission published ‘To promote the rise of central China the 13 th Five-Year Plan.It proposed that researching and supporting the industrial diversification structure region(city)in the central China,establishing the centralized development parks of emerging industries,supporting the construction of infrastructures and public platforms of the parks.On 4th December 2013,the State Council published ‘the sustainable development plans of the national resource-based cities,proposing that boosting the sustainable development of resource-based cities,vigorously supporting the development of continuous and alternative industries,gradually enhance the sustainable development of the resource declining cities.The planning area includes 262 resource-based cities,in which Qianjiang becomes one of the 67 resource declining cities.resource-exhausted cities have the problems of single industry structures,the growth of unemployment population,slow economic development,Ecological environment destruction and the weakness of the livelihood security.Under this background the State Council assured the 69 resource-based cities need urgent economic transformation and development.once recognized as ‘the Jianghan Oil City',Qianjiang has been ranked as the second batch of resource-exhausted cities,which has the typical characteristics of the resource-exhausted cities.The economic development is imminent.Based on it,the Huazhong Home Industry new city becomes the transformation breakthrough of Qianjiang City.On 7th August 2012,When Hongzhong Li,who was the secretary of Hubei provincial party committee and director of the provincial standing committees at that time,visited the Huazhong Home Industry Group,he proposed that Huazhong Home Industry new city should be put forth effort on and be made into the new economic growth point of Hubei Province,and the world's best furniture can be purchased in Qianjiang,then the new industrial park can really become ‘the fifth pole' of China's household.For this,we research team did the investigation and research work in Qianjiang Huazhong New Industry City to seek the new development ideas and modes of resource-exhausted cities in the aspects of readjustment of the industrial structures,the increase of job opportunities,the growth of technical innovation,the reinforcement of ecological management and the optimization of the allocation of resources.There are five chapters in the context of the research: the first part is the introduction of the research background and the foundation,that is,resource-exhausted cities can provide the new and old kinetic energy conversion for the sustainable development.The second part is the research of the mode of ‘born from nothing' of Qianjiang new industry park,including the total development trend of furniture manufacturing,the process of the mode of ‘born from nothing' of Qianjiang new industry park,the development opportunities of Qianjiang new industry park and the maintaining problems of the new industry park these four parts.The third part is the mode of ‘striking roots' mode of Huazhong Home Industry New City,including the integration of production and city,the industrial transformation in,the matching of cities and towns,and the fusion of industry and city these four aspects to push the circular economy benefit of the industry park.The fourth part is the forming path of ‘the fifth pole and three chains' of the new industry city,including the mode of ‘the five-to-five diamond structure' of the fifth pole pivot,the five measures of the group development of new industry city,the five directions of quality enhancement and efficiency growth,the five measures of the constructions of new city platform,and the structural mode of ‘three chain screw' these five aspects.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook,including the practical value and future development of Huazhong Home Furnishing Industrial New City.
