As a traditional retail enterprise in labor-intensive industry,based on the cost of manpower and the characteristics of the industry,for a long time,the requirement for the comprehensive quality of employees in talent positioning is relatively low.In addition,the employees are mainly front-line service employees,so the personnel training mode is relatively simple and the training cycle is relatively long.Nowadays,with the progress of national education,the new generation of employees are generally unwilling to engage in the work of ordinary front-line posts.In addition,the rapid rise of new retail based on the Internet has launched a talent scramble.On the one hand,traditional retail is no longer as easy to obtain a large number of front-line employees as before,on the other hand,its own talents are accelerating the flow to new retail enterprises.In this context,more and more retail enterprises and vocational schools enhance interaction,hoping to deepen cooperation.However,in the process of cooperation,how to deepen the cooperative relationship,establish an effective cooperation model and practical mechanism,and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for schools,enterprises,students and even the government remains to be actively explored and practiced by many parties.Firstly,through literature and theoretical research methods,this study draws on and quotes the domestic research experience on school-enterprise cooperation and internship training;secondly,on this basis,it uses case study method to understand the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in the industry,taking the school-enterprise cooperation of WM Zhejiang Company,a representative multinational enterprise in traditional retail enterprises,which has entered the Chinese market for more than 20 years as an example.Finally,after analyzing the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation of WM Zhejiang Company and the existing problems at the present stage,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement strategies and suggestions with the help of the "three helixes" theory as the main theoretical basis of this study.As most domestic scholars have analyzed the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in China,most of the school-enterprise cooperation is still in the transition period from shallow level cooperation to middle level cooperation.Based on the representative enterprise case of school-enterprise cooperation and internship training of WM Zhejiang Company,this study,on the basis of collecting and analyzing enterprise data,concludes that it is necessary to reach a deep level.To achieve the goal of win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises,the government,schools and enterprises need to make joint efforts through policy support,mode innovation,system optimization and management improvement.In conclusion,this study is based on the "three helixes" theory,and from the perspective of enterprises,separately from the construction of government-enterprise relationship and the construction of school-enterprise relationship.According to their respective division of labor,a new relationship model is proposed.I hope this study can provide some reference for the development of enterprise internship training towards integration of production and education under the cooperation of schools and enterprises in corresponding industries.
