On The Construction Of "YD China" Standardization System Under The Asset-light Strategy Model

The asset-heavy model integrating investment,construction,and management has supported the prosperity of traditional real estate industry under the short supply and upward market situation.As the result of market decline,oversupply and the tightening of bank loans in recent years,the asset-heavy model impropriating the majority of funds affects the business capital chain and bears heavily on real estate enterprises adopting this model.In order to establish or even maintain a dominating market position,and at the same time survive and realize a persistent and fast expansion this model entails,real estate enterprises must seek to reform and innovate their operation patterns and profitability model.YD China serves as the main object of this study.YD China has reformed its role from traditional real estate developer to business park operator,and changed the strategy from development of multi-functional integrated residential communities with asset-heavy model to one of national layout that is reliant on the model of multi-functional integrated residential communities,effectively mixing the asset-light and asset-heavy model.It analyses the importance of studying the standardization system in the example of an enterprise such as YD China,and its adoption of the asset-light model seeking to conform to the large-scale national layout concerned.It also explains that the purpose of formulating and developing of the standardization system is to serve the market competition,and its use as an essential tool of enterprise market competition.Thus,with standardized thinking from a strategic height,this study will make an initial suggestion as to how to form standardized and systematic files regarding YD China’s engineering construction,brand marketing,financial capital development,supply chain HR and administration based on its development process and current situation.
