With the rapid development of market economy and the maturity of enterprise management theory in recent years,all of the world has set off the upsurge of corporate culture construction.In the face of the increasingly fierce market competition and severe economic situation,More and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of corporate culture and attach importance to the corporate culture construction.Corporate culture also plays a very important role in the process of deepening reform and gradual transformation of the state-owned enterprise.China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau Installation Engineering Company as a subsidiary of China Construction group,which is China's largest and even the world's largest investment and construction Group,carried out the construction of corporate culture actively,created the corporate culture and achieved some results.Based on a large amount of data collection and reading lots of related literature,this paper makes a detailed investigation on the present situation of the construction of the corporate culture of China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau Installation Engineering Company through interviews and questionnaires,sums up the problems existing in the corporate culture construction through the collation and analysis of the survey results,and makes a plan for the corporate culture construction,suggests for the mplementation of the corporate culture construction plan.This paper is divided into three parts: the Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 constitute the first part,introduces the research background,research significance,research content,research methods,research ideas and technical route,and the related theory of corporate culture;the Chapter 3 is the second part,introduces the company's general situation and the present situation of corporate culture construction,makes a detailed investigation on the present situation of the construction of the corporate culture and sums up the problems existing in the corporate culture construction through the collation and analysis of the survey results;the Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 constitute the third part,makes a plan for the corporate culture constructionand suggests for the mplementation of the corporate culture construction plan.In this paper,through the research on the corporate culture construction of China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau Installation Engineering Company,hoping to provide a reference for the corporate culture construction of the company,and also hope to provide some theoretical reference for the implementation of the cultural construction of the large state-owned enterprise groups.
