In modern enterprise management,the enterprise in order to get its integration strategy by developing its strategic management objectives and making it come true.In the practice of enterprise management,managers realize the importance of human resources to the enterprise,the management of human resources is also gradually refinement and standardization and scientific.The successful implementation of the strategic management of human resources will directly affect the enterprise’s strategic management objectives.If the enterprise can combine strategic management and human resources management effectively,it will promote the sustainable development of enterprises,while the implementation of human resources strategy management can help enterprises improve its management level and enhance its core competitiveness.H Company is an IT company to provide leading application software products,information service and industrial solutions for global customers,also is China ’s software export leader company.H company is one of the earliest software companies to enter the Japan market,and is in a leading position in the field of software outsourcing services,it has been evaluated as the “most reliable company”of its quality in Japan market.In recent years,H company faces a complex competitive environment for Japan market,how to develop its human resources strategy policy to fit the market environment and the development of the company to face complex x competition environment becomes particularly important.This paper take H company’s Japan business as a research object,based on the research and study on the theory of human resources strategy management at home and abroad,analyze H company’s external market environment of Japan business.Making depth profiling of company’s current human resource strategy with SWOT and PEST analysis tool.Finally this paper put forward relative countermeasures and implementation guarantee.The paper not only study on on the problems of H company’s human resource management,but also the analyze tools used in this paper and the countermeasures and implementation guarantee can be used in other software outsourcing companies,It can provide some reference for other enterprises to realize their strategic targets.
