The Research Of Spatial Correlation And Influencing Factors Of Regional Technology Transfer In China

Chinese economy has slowed down since 2007 and has been in a downturn,from the demand side,the effect of demand stimulus is so poor that the government puts forward the concept of supply side reform and emphasizes the important role of the technology market.Technology transfer has become an important means of economic development.However,with the development of social and economic,the economic development gap between provinces and cities is obvious,and the existence of the economic gap between regions is not conducive to the sustainable and stable development of social economy.The transfer of technology between regions can reduce the differentiation of economic development and is an important way to reallocate scientific and technological resources.For the less developed regions,the research and development foundation is relatively weak and the efficiency of technology spillover is not high,so the technology transfer has become the preferred way of technology progress in these areas.However,in the process of regional technology transfer,it is often restricted by some factors,which leads to low efficiency of technology transfer,therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence factors of technology transfer on the balanced development of regional economy.Based on the research of many scholars,with spatial econometric analysis method,factor analysis method,regression analysis method,this paper analyses the spatial correlation of regional technology transfer and uses empirical method to explore the possible influence factors of regional technology transfer.The first part mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,domestic and international literature review and research ideas and framework;The second part mainly analyses the status of regional technology transfer from the scale,the composition,the transactions subject and the effect of regional technology transfer,then uses ArcGIS software and GeoDa software to analyse the spatial correlation of regional technology transfer,in order to explore the influencing factors of regional technology transfer.According to the above research on spatial correlation of technology transfer,the third part analyses the influencing factors of regional technology transfer with the method of factor analysis and regression analysis,and puts forward some reasonable policies and suggestions for the balanced development of regional economy.This paper draws the following conclusions: first,regional technology transfer presents the "Matthew effect",that is,the stronger the stronger and the weaker the weaker.Second,regional technology transfer space is not relevant,that is,technology transfer between regions is not affected by the spatial distance and technology transfer between adjacent areas does not affect each other.Third,regional technology absorptive capacity,regional technology market activity has a significant impact on regional technology transfer and plays a positive role,influence of technology gaps on regional technology transfer is not significant,the regional economic basis has the negative impact on regional technology transfer.
