In this internet word,innovation is the key to enterprise's survival and development,and innovation has always been the focus of the enterprise.Organization innovation comes from the employee's individual innovation behavior,so employee innovation behavior becomes a meaningful research topic in the field of human resources management.Organization trust is considered to be one of the factors that can affect employee innovation behavior,but different scholars have different opinions about how organization trust affects employee innovation behavior.Besides,the staffs born after 90 s with knowledge join the enterprise gradually,who have different values and attitude comparing with former generation,so enterprises have to establish a new type of relationship with them.And they are the main contributors to enterprises' innovation,so the research is necessary and meaningful.This article is to discuss the relationship between organization trust,work engagement and employee innovation behavior.Research is divided into three parts,the first part is to review related literature,clarifying the concept and dimensions of three variables;The second part is to put forward the research hypothesis,design research framework,and select measurement tools;The third part is to collect and analyze data,drawing the conclusion.This article research results as follows: the organization trust has positive effect on employee innovation behavior;system trust,leader trust and colleague trust also have positive effect on employee innovation behavior;and work engagement plays intermediation role.In the end of this article,some suggestions are given to motivate employee's innovation behavior.
