Research On The Evolution Of The Theory And Practice Of Agricultural Industrialization Organization Model

Since ancient times,China has been a large agricultural country with a long agricultural civilization,major arable lands and a large agricultural population.The implementation of the household responsibility system in our country has greatly aroused the farmers' enthusiasm for production,so as to promote the further development of agriculture.However,with the promotion of social productive forces,the main mode of agriculture,named "small and scattered",has begun to restrict the further development of China's agricultural production and management.China's agricultural production and business changed from being single constrained – only by resources,to being dual constrained – both by natural resources and market forces.As the agricultural production remains "small and scattered",farmers' production and management information is extremely asymmetric,which makes them unfamiliar to the "prenatal" and "postpartum" business and therefore pay high transaction costs.In this "small and scattered" mode,famers cannot take advantage of the large-scale production and operation,then becomes disadvantageous in the increasingly fierce market competition.Thus,to prosper the agricultural production business,industrialization of agriculture is significantly important,and the development of agricultural industrialization organization has become a crucial issue.Agricultural Industrialization Organization use vertical,horizontal integration,contracts and cooperative mode to link all aspects of the agricultural production and management process.It is the solution to China's agricultural production and management process,which takes advantage of small-scale productions and big market,though traditionally these are two contradictory core areas.This will promote the modernization of the agricultural industrialization in China.In the research on Agricultural Industrialization Organization Pattern,domestic scholars mostly focus on the micro economy.While the American and Japanese Agricultural Industrialization Organization is meso-and macroscopicly a whole organization system,which is market-oriented agriculture and related industries constituted.At the same time,most scholars only pay attention to the agricultural research organization model itself,and seldom proceed from the perspective of the evolution of the agricultural industrialization organization theory.The historical perspective of the evolution often helps one to understand nature of the problem and reveals the general law of the agricultural industrialization organization mode development,which makes it easier to analyze the future direction of development.Lastly,this study has some policy implications for the improvement and development of China's agricultural industrialization organization,and enrich the agricultural economy of contemporary management theory.This article is divided into five parts.The first one introduces the research background,research methods,article framework;discusses the significance of this study;and concludes the related research by domestic and foreign scholars and experts.The second part focuses on the analysis of the evolution of agricultural industrialization organization and its theory.The third part analyzes the current development of three agricultural powerhouses: America,Europe and Japan,the industrialization of agriculture organizational practices,and presents the successful experiences in the American and Japanese Agricultural Industrialization Organization development,which provides a relevant theoretical guidance for our country.The fourth part is the theoretical analysis of agricultural industrialization organization,of which the institutional innovation theory is the main component.The last part presents an overview of the development and problems of agricultural industrialization organization,and puts forward some suggestions on relevant issues.
