The industrialization of agriculture has been its large-scale production, socialcollaboration, and commercial processing instead of the traditional agriculturalproduction and management, to become an important institutional revolution in thehistory of agricultural development. Its development, in order to adapt agriculturalcommodity economy, highlights the "siege" of the industry and commerce enterpriselaid a solid foundation. To promote further development of productivity and at thesame time, also makes the human agricultural economy into a new period ofdevelopment.Since the industrialization of agriculture from the United States, successivelydevelopment to Western Europe, Japan and other developing countries. America tobecome the world’s largest agricultural power, in addition to the innate naturalconditions and advanced production organization obviously has played a huge role.Western Europe, Japan’s agriculture can quickly recover from the destruction ofWorld War II, also benefited from the development of agricultural industrializationmanagement. South Korea in the70s began to develop agricultural industrialization,the rest of the developing countries, such as Thailand, India, etc., also different fromtraditional agricultural production mode through the use of agriculturalindustrialization, make its agriculture made great achievements. All in all, through tothe developed countries and developing countries agricultural industrializationpractice of research can be summarized experiences and lessons; to promoteagricultural industrialization development in China has important practicalsignificance.Study of agricultural industrialization, the domestic scholars on the study, morefocus on the direction of the organization mode of agricultural industrialization sinceproduce including foreign developed countries and developing countries and theevolution of the organization mode of the research in China is less, and at home andabroad are summarized in this article, through analysis of theory and organizationmode of agricultural industrialization development evolution, reveal the general lawof development of agricultural industrialization management, summed up the foreigndevelopment experience and some inspirations for reference. Therefore, this article research is helpful to people and the evolvement of organization mode of agriculturalindustrialization theory has a relatively complete assurance. In addition, this paper astudy to promote the smooth and healthy development of the agriculturalindustrialization of our country has a policy guide, at the same time can enrichcontemporary agricultural economic management theory in our country.This article is divided into five parts, the first part is introduction, mainlyintroduced the research background, research methods and framework of this article,discussed in this paper, the research significance and the domestic and foreignscholars and experts of the research are summarized and induction; The second partmainly introduces the emergence and development of the industrialization ofagriculture, and emphatically expounds the theory of evolution; The third part mainlyanalyze the countries in the world, including developed countries and developingcountries to the evolution of the organization mode of agricultural industrialization,agriculture industrialization organization mode evolution and innovation in ourcountry; The fourth part mainly is the development of developed countries anddeveloping countries a summary on the practice of the industrialization of agriculture;The last part is mainly introduced the development situation and existing problems ofagricultural industrialization in our country, and put forward countermeasures andSuggestions for corresponding problems.
