With the advent and further development of the Internet era,the rapid response to the market,closer to customer needs,rapid innovation,the improvement of products and services,have become the goals for enterprises in the new environment.The traditional hierarchical organization structure,has seriously hindered the efficient operation of enterprises,so it is imperative to change operation of organizations.Therefore,this paper puts forward a distributed organization based on the team as the basic operation unit by referring to the operation mode of the insect swarm system and the combat mode of the American army team.In order to ensure the validity of distributed organization operation,this paper focuses on how to realize the matching between task and individual capacity;how to ensure efficient collaboration between teams;how to achieve team goals consistent with the company objectives.First of all,through a large number of institutional research reports and literature researches,this paper studies the emergence causes,connotations and characteristics of the distributed organization according to the new requirements from the external environment changes.The analysis shows that the changes in the Internet era have put forward new requirements to the organization.And distributed organizations is proposed as traditional hierarchical organizations are difficult to meet the needs of the times.Distributed organization is a dynamic,decentralized,highly autonomous and authorized organization based on tasks,has the characteristics of high flexibility,high immunity,bottom-up management so that adapt to the diverse and complex environment.Secondly,this paper constructs the distributed organization through the combination of "group system thinking" with "distributed system" and the introduction of team operation method.Based on this,the distributed organization will be constructed followed by three steps: building independent individuals,building teams and coordinating team cooperation.Among them,team building focuses on realizing the rapid matching between tasks and individual capabilities,and ensuring high quality completion of tasks.Then,this paper studies the performance management of distributed organizations.In a multi-task,multi-team and strong temporary distributed organization,it is the key to ensure the flexibility and stability of the enterprise.In order to ensure the unified operation of the distributed organization,OKR is introduced into the performance management,in addition communication and guidance are strengthened to realize the goal congruence between and among the company,the team and the individual.Finally,the above research results are applied to the actual operation of the enterprise,and the feasibility and validity of the distributed organization structure are verified.
