The development of information technology in the construction industry has been paid more and more attention,and the BIM consulting industry has emerged and appeared in various forms: Owners as BIM technology major and important implementation side,set up their own BIM team to participate in the project;(Hereinafter referred to as BIM consulting firm)with BIM technical consultation as the service content to provide advice to the owner or the construction party as the service provider;Construction industry Internet service providers-Guanglida,etc.will BIM consulting as their own branch business.BIM technical consulting services of professional companies because of its independence,professional,service consulting and new features to make it in the early stages of development is not large,According to the size of the enterprise scale it can be divided into micro-enterprises,and the actual situation of the majority of micro-enterprise development difficult.Therefore,in the critical period of BIM technology promotion,it is necessary to explore the development of micro-enterprise type BIM consulting enterprise from various aspects.In order to improve the development of BIM consulting service enterprises faster and more stable,this paper adopts the method of system dynamics to explore.The main purpose of this paper is to explore the development of BIM consulting firm.First of all to take the literature or select the relevant personnel to consult the relevant experts to interview,etc.,to study the external environment and internal control of the two factors.Using the ISM model to do the primary system analysis work,to determine the level of the various factors of the relationship,and then the two subsystems to do the causal analysis,and use vensim software to draw causal maps and flow graphs,and create a system dynamic model.After analyzing the availability and effectiveness of the model,modify the parameters to establish four virtual scenarios from both the BIM consulting industry and the BIM consulting firm.Analyze the results of the scenario and propose a proposal to promote the development of the BIM consulting firm from the perspective of the industry and the enterprise.This paper makes a contribution to the development of BIM consulting companies,On the one hand,the proposal makes the country to provide a more direct support policy for the development of BIM consulting enterprises,promote the development of micro-enterprises,promote the application of BIM technology,and complete the national strategic objectives of building construction information more quickly.On the other hand,this paper provides the corresponding advice to the enterprise manager to make the enterprise develop better and realize the individual achievement.
