In today's market the competition is intense.enterprise's competition are products and services in surface,the deep layer is on management level,but the core competition is enterprise culture.It is necessary to seek a more scientific,more systematic,more complete management system to the survival and development for all enterprises.It is an objective reality that there are cultural differences within foreign-funded enterprises.And the cultural conflict is an objective phenomenon.We can't avoid it.The only way is to promote all kinds of cultural fusion which can reduce the disharmonious factors in the corporate culture.The central task of the cross-cultural management is to resolve cultural conflicts.Enterprises pursue enterprise goal beyond the cultural conflict in the operating process to sustain all employees have a common values and conduct code under different cultural background.This is the problem that enterprises engaged in international business must solve.In this article,through my work experience and actual investigation and study,I want to analyzes a 48 years old state-owned China cement company which purchased by two foreign companies and its enterprise culture construction activities from a cross-cultural perspective trying to find and solve two major problems:(1)in view of the Chinese unique cultural elements and employee status,foreign companies in China should formulate how to solve the conflict of cross-cultural management;(2)how foreign companies in China make a cross-cultural enterprise culture construction and enhance the core competitiveness.So as to make the enterprise survival and development.Research conclusion of this paper are mainly:(1)the foreign companies in China should attach great importance to the cultural differences between east and west,fully aware of cross-cultural conflict,imposed change strategy pattern.It is also a key to the success of strategic investment in China by foreign companies,It should be thoroughly implemented completely when just entered the Chinese market.(2)the foreign companies in China should combined the advanced foreign management in foreign companies with China's national conditions to enhance the belonging sense and enthusiasm of the employees with humanistic care to improve enterprise cohesion.(3)Establishing and perfecting the supervision system,involve all the employees in enterprise culture contributing,improve the executive force,to help foreign companies in China to win the intense competition,to achieve long-term development.
