The Research On Innovation-Driven Effect Of Fujian's Inter-industry

Innovation-drive is the main power of the new situation about China's economy.During the process of innovative driving development,the overall economic and technological research and development are converging to a higher level,this process can be interpreted as the low-tech industry optimizes its industrial structure and total factor productivity by the way of learning from the high-tech industry to achieve the rapid development of the overall economy.Based on the perspective of industrial technology attribute,this paper argues that inter-industry innovation drive refers to the role of high-tech industry strengthens the effect of learning from work,R&D,and spill of knowledge in technological innovation of low and medium-sized industries.This paper examines the impact of the effect of learning from work,R&D,and spill of knowledge on the inter-industry,which different from the former research.Also,this papers summarizes the effect of inter-industry drive as learning effect,promotion effect and spillover effect.Firstly,this article introduces in detail on the definition of inter-industry innovation drive,the mechanism of the innovation-drive and the character of innovation-drive development between industries.Then,this paper quotes the two-sector model to observe the process of innovative drive between the two industries.Also,this paper divides the high-tech industry and low-tech industry in Fujian Province,then further analyzes the development of high-tech industries and low tech industries in Fujian province according to the division results..Finally,this paper uses the regression model to text the theoretical assumption.The result show that learn from work,R&D research and spill of high-tech knowledge have significant influence on the effect of inter-industry drive.The empirical of Fujian suggest that those three factors have a significant impact to the produce of Fujian's knowledge.Among those three factors,the impact of R&D has play a main role in the effect of inter-industry drive,the effect of split knowledge is the lowest factor.On the basis of the empirical research,this paper introduces the index of inter-industry innovation-driven,quantitative analysis of Fujian province and its neighboring provinces of the inter industry innovation driven effect,the index is used to reflect the degree of growth of high tech industry innovation driven low technology industry and the economy as a whole.This paper calculate the index of the innovation-driven of Fujian,and its index is 1.2684 which means that high-tech industry innovation growth of 1%,can drive the overall economic growth level of 1.2684%.Then,the author compares the data of Fujian Province with Guangdong,Zhejiang and Jiangxi provinces to further analyze the shortcomings and shortcomings in the development of innovation-driven of Fujian.This paper clarifies the problems that need to be solved urgently in the process of Fujian's innovation-driven development.Finally,this paper introduces several suggestions to promote the development of Fujian's innovation-driven.
