In twenty-first Century,In the face of fierce competition in the economic environment,a large number of organizations are trying to begin to change its structures,like downsizing,restructuring and remodeling tissue.Thus affected employee's work stability greatly,Job insecurity has also become a universal pressure experience for the global workforce.On the other hand,The competitive business environment also forces the organizations to pay more attention to employees' innovative behavior in order to gain more advantages.Therefore,it's become an urgent issue for organizations to learn how to deal with job insecurity and enhance its innovative behavior.Based on the two dimensions of job insecurity,this study examined the impact of qualitative of job insecurity and quantitative of job insecurity on employees' innovative behavior.Specifically,it examines the mediating role of job involvement and the moderating role of coping styles.After we analysis the sample data from four hundred and ninety employee,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,quanlitative of job insecurity has a significant impact on employee innovative behavior and job engagement.while quantitative of job insecurity has no significant impact on job engagement and employee innovative behavior.Secondly,job engagement partly mediates the relationship of qualitative of job insecurity with employee innovative behavior.Lastly,different coping styles can significantly moderate the relationship between qualitative of job insecurity and innovative behavior.People who used more positive coping style,the negative relations between the qualitative of job insecurity and innovative behavior can be more weaker,while the more negative coping styles people used,the negative relations between qualitative of job insecurity and innovative behavior will be stronger.
