Establishing the scientific and reasonable incentive system is the eternal topic in the modern enterprise human resource management.In the process of facing economic integration in the whole world,knowledge and talents have occupied the dominated position in the enterprise development,and the stimulation of staff potentials,as the important factor to determine whether the enterprise can develop in a sustainable way,has become the core guarantee of enterprise development.Only by tightly grasping talents and activating their potentials with the effective incentive methods and mobilizing their work enthusiasm of organizational staffs can enterprises guarantee the ordered and favorable development.G Medical Company is located in medical biological industrial part in Haicang District of Xiamen,which is the medium pharmacy enterprise integrating R&D,production and sales with the swift development momentum.Its R&D staffs have occupied certain proportions and make the key function to the enterprise development as technical innovative talents.The early traditional incentive method on R&D staffs in the enterprise has not been able to satisfy the requirements of contemporary enterprise development.The methods that should be adopted to stimulate R&D staffs for their features and demands,exploring the deficiencies existing in the current incentive mechanism,adopting the incentive system that matches the company's development plan,activating the innovative power of R&D staffs,reducing the off-duty rate,improving the satisfaction to improve the core competitiveness and implement the talent strategic goals has been the urgent problem to be solved.This paper starts from R&D staff demands investigative analysis data to analyze the current situation of enterprise incentive system,and finds out the current existing problems.Through the analysis and research of currentincentive system of the enterprise,this paper puts forward some reasonable problems such as low satisfaction of R& D personnel's salary and welfare,neglecting the development needs of R&D personnel,lacking systematic training system and guarantee measures.The use of enterprise organizational resources,improve the pay and benefits system and training system,pay attention to the personal growth of employees,and the smooth development of the incentive system pointed out the safeguard measures,in response to the possible problems in the process of dealing with countermeasures.This paper is equipped with certain practical guidance meaning to the establishment of R&D staff incentive system,as well as certain reference function for the development of related medical enterprises.
