Medical and chemical industry is one of the leading industries in Taizhou,Zhejiang Province,After more than 50 years of development,Taizhou medical products from the general daily chemical products,pharmaceutical intermediates,such as the development of high-end products,raw materials and patent medicine and other fields.By the end of 2015,Taizhou city have more than 151 medical enterprises,the annual output value above 45 billion Yuan.Taizhou pharmaceutical industry has a complete categories,advanced technology,excellent location,policy support and other unique advantages,but there are also industrial agglomeration degree is not high,industrial layout is reasonable,serious environmental pollution and other issues in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.In the era of knowledge economy,human resources especially of high-level innovative talent resources is the key factor for enterprise development in transition,this paper chooses the Hz Group Co.,Ltd,which is located in Taizhou City as the research object,focus on scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism construction for the greatest potential of the high-level talent to play the positive role of to better research knowledge type talents of medicine of industry as a whole quality and efficiency plays a key role.This article mainly from the excitation of high level talents and creatively,to promote the overall development of the company and even the industry's objectives,read the relevant literature,learning and research the current domestic and foreign scholars on the intellectual talent incentive mechanism,the site of HZ company to carry out visits to research,verbal understanding HZ's introduction of high-level talents,cultivation and use the current situation,through the collection and analysis of relevant questionnaires,summarizes the defects existing in incentive mechanism in the company,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,determine the principles,objectives and main framework of optimization of HZ company high level talent incentive mechanism,puts forward to some good incentive to create the environment,perfect material and spiritual incentive,improve the performance appraisal system other feasible optimization measures,finally expounds the establishment and perfection of the specific safeguard measures of high level talents incentive.Hz company through further improve high-level talent incentive mechanism,effectively play the high-level talents in medicine of the important role of enterprise development,has laid a solid foundation for the development of the company,and through the combination of theory and practice,the Hz company in improving the enterprise technology innovation can force,the scientific management ability and core competition ability to achieve new breakthroughs.
