Research On Production Safety Risk Management And Improvement Perspective Of Ab Electric Power Bureau

With the expansion of the scale of the power grid,as an important part of China's strategic resources,power' safety is related to the overall economic livelihood and national security.Following the development of the theory of risk control,safety production has become a development goal of every enterprise,especially for power,coal,oil and chemical company security risk is becoming much higher,how to ensure its safety and reliability,establishing a scientific risk management system,to ensure safety in production.Guangzhou power grid is one of the earliest regional power grid in China,is China's largest city power grid power supply load density of the whole production risk management within its jurisdiction in relation to the whole of China Southern Power Grid safety.This paper has five chapters,in the first chapter is the introduction,it mainly combs the domestic and foreign literature review on enterprise production safety risk,puts forward the research problems;the second chapter,combing the theory of risk management,comprehensive risk management theory and safety management theory,provides theoretical support for the research of AB power supply company;safety production risk management status analysis third chapter,through the questionnaire,the use of SPSS that AB exists in the power supply bureau quiet production risk management of power grid safety,equipment safety,personal safety,environment and occupation health problems;the fourth chapter,according to the existing AB Power Supply Bureau of production safety risk management issues,pointed out that the AB Power Supply Bureau through establishing the risk management culture,develop production risk management system,optimize the production process of risk management and improve the safety production risk management system and other aspects of the reconstruction of risk Management measures,in the power grid design,construction personnel training,equipment operation and maintenance and operation of the system management and other aspects of safety production risk management measures.This paper has a certain theoretical value for the enrichment and development of production safety and risk management theory,has very important practical value to the improvement of AB Power Supply Bureau of safety production risk management is of great significance for the development of China's electric power industry safety.Due to the limitation of time,there are still some deficiencies in this paper,which need to be further enriched and improved in the future research.
