This paper takes the DS company as the research object,combined with the theory of marketing and research tool,combined with empirical research method,field investigation on the present situation of DS company marketing data fully in the enterprise with the provision of adequate empirical basis for this study.This paper aims to study the specific object of DS company analysis,explore a generally applicable throughout the lithium battery industry improve the level of marketing management mode,to provide reference and guidance for the effective marketing strategy of the lithium battery industry upgrade.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of this subject are expounded,as well as the exposition and content of domestic and foreign scholars on marketing theory.Secondly,summarize the basic theory and related research tools used in DS marketing.Thirdly,using 4Ps theory to analyze the marketing status of DS company.After the model and the Potter five competitive forces model DS analysis of the marketing environment of the company by PEST analysis.Finally,based on the analysis of DS company marketing status and marketing environment,the existing marketing strategy,effective optimization measures.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the marketing strategy,improve the management level of enterprises and sales,clearly put forward a set of marketing strategy optimization measures to minimize the adverse effect of internal and external factors of the marketing strategy,to create a good environment foundation for strategy implementation.
